New Day for Lady K

Alright.

If I MUST, I gotta go back to work. I'm still pretty tender "down there," but I think I'll survive. Here's hoping my dog can deal. She IS one of those ones in the "poker" painting, you know...

Brotherman took me running around this weekend and I took MANY pictures of cool clouds, but those will have to wait for another day, as I know I need to get my ass to bed, then get up early and figure out what the hell I'm going to do with my short, short hair in the morning. AAAHHH!!!!

Actually, I'm looking forward to getting back into the rat race, sick as that may sound. As attached as I've become to my latch-hook rug project and afternoon soaps/naps, I've been craving some real cerebral stimuli.

HA!

If I won the lotto tomorrow...

Ah, I'd give most of it to my parents.

Treble Oh S*** It's Monday

birdman ~ first day back was a little rough, but I made it through the whole day. I know! Too bad everything costs money. What a rat race.

jerr ~ I AM cool! Better than I was, that's for sure. Down there is doing just fine, doc gave me a green light on "normal activities!"

I'm just pissed your parents are getting your lottery winnings and your loyal readers are getting the shaft.

Glad thing are starting to move along for you. I had to go back to work after a week off and it sucked big time. I'm still not used to it.

If you win the Powerball can I have some? ;)

You went running?????

Um, I had caesarian surgery four years ago. The first day home, I was able to limp part way around the block before turning back. It took months and months before I stopped feeling as if I'd been chopped in 1/2. How were you able to go running?!
