Took some pretty cool pics, and made the fries myself, with an idea I got from watching the Food Network.
I took this pic after actually scarfing HALF the fries! Normally I freeze them for later or something. These were made with russets, tossing them with flour mixed with cornstarch, then fried normally. They were TASTY! I sprinkled a little apple cider vinegar on the ones I did eat and OH BOY it was like being at the fair or something. Maybe now I'll gain a lb. or two. I got down to 113, but am back up to 115/118, depending on how much smoothie and banana bread I eat in the morning, ha ha.
Anyway, that's all. You all KNEW I couldn't stay away too long. Things are starting look up, I'll say that much for now. My dill is coming up nicely, I just might put up some pickles or something. If it continues to grow as well as it has. Hope everything is great in your corners of the globe!
Peace out!

And those fries look incredibly yummy. Gonna have to try the recipe. But, without the vinegar. Not a vinegar person.
